Made-to-Order Products

Certain products, including items from Atlantis, Meditub, and select Anzzi products, are made-to-order. This means production begins only after the order is placed.

• Production Time: Approximately 2-3 weeks.
• Shipping: Once production is complete, standard shipping times of 5-10 business days will apply.

Receiving Your Shipment

For larger items, our standard delivery method is LTL curbside delivery, unless otherwise requested.

• Inspection Upon Delivery:
• Significant Damage: If the package has significant visible damage, please refuse the shipment entirely.
• Minor Damage: If only part of the shipment is damaged, accept the package but note all issues on the Proof of Delivery receipt and report them to us within 48 hours.
• Reporting Damages: Email us at returns@thebathvanities.com with details of the damage.
• Important: Failure to report damages within 48 hours may disqualify you from receiving free replacement parts.

Return Policy
