We are pleased to offer free shipping to the Continental United States only. Please note this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Stock Verification: We will contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- Backorders/Unavailable Items: If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
- In-Stock Items: If the item is available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipping.
Processing and Shipping Times:
- Standard processing time for in-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Average shipping transit time: 5-10 business days (varies by destination).
Made-to-Order Products
Certain products, including items from Atlantis, Meditub, and select Anzzi products, are made-to-order. This means production begins only after the order is placed.
- Production Time: Approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Shipping: Once production is complete, standard shipping times of 5-10 business days will apply.
Receiving Your Shipment
For larger items, our standard delivery method is LTL curbside delivery, unless otherwise requested.
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Significant Damage: If the package has significant visible damage, please refuse the shipment entirely.
- Minor Damage: If only part of the shipment is damaged, accept the package but note all issues on the Proof of Delivery receipt and report them to us within 48 hours.
- Reporting Damages: Email us at returns@thebathvanities.com with details of the damage.
- Important: Failure to report damages within 48 hours may disqualify you from receiving free replacement parts.
Return Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, the following terms apply:
- Condition: The returned item must be in new condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Inspection: All returns will be fully inspected upon receipt.
- Refund Terms:
- A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- The refund will exclude the original freight charges.
